What kind of oboe do you play, and what sort of reed scrape? Buying a later-serial-number Lorée AK seemed to clear up sharp upper register problems I previously had with my Prestini or my Marigaux 901. I've actually heard some people complain about flatness in the higher range on more recent Lorées; I suspect people had adapted to the older instruments and then found the newer Lorées left them flat.
But I'm not suggesting that you go out and buy a new instrument; if those older Lorée players had managed to adapt, you ought to be able to as well. Unfortunately I have no practical suggestions for you, as this is not a problem I have solved any time recently so that I can give you precise guidelines on altering reeds.
One thing you might want to check is whether, in supporting with your diaphragm, you are not also clamping down with lip pressure.
Having written all this, I realize I am saying this: there could be lots of different issues, and your best bet is to have a good teacher who can watch and hear you play in real life, and examine your reeds and your oboe!
