Try playing with as little of the reed in the lips as possible while dropping the jaw. Does it play an A up to standard pitch or is it flat? Don't put much of the reed in the mouth and do not pinch the reed with the lips. Round the embouchure as if saying "Cheerios". You will need to take lessons with a good oboe playing teacher, also. Good luck!
