 Old Oboe Identification

I just got back from Europe and picked up an oboe in an antique watch shop. Can anyone help me with age, maker, and keywork? I can't find anything online about it. It says Artisan "Madebas" on each of the sections and is made of wood. It's in great shape with no cracks. The board won't let me post a picture but the top joint has the half hole key and the others are holes. The lower joint has one hole and the other two are rings. Send me a message and I'll email you pictures if you might be able to help.
