Check there's no corrosion or gunky oil on the lower 8ve rocker - take the screw out and remove the rocker key (you can leave the back 8ve in place, but raise it to remove the rocker key), clean the key barrel with a pipe cleaner dipped in alcohol and clean the screw, add a drop of key oil and replace the key and the screw.
