 Goehr's Paraphrase
Author: acusado

Hello everyone!

I've been searching new repertoire, and I came across Goehr's Paraphrase on the Dramatic Madrigal "Il Clorinda", and it looked like a fun piece to try.

Is it appropriate to learn as an intermediate student? Should I consider buying it?
I'm not sure of anything.

Any help would be good!

Best regards.

I know it well and it is possibly the best solo clarinet piece there is.

It is technically difficult - and musically demanding - but if you like a challnge, go for it.
