Won this beautiful instrument on auction.
What I've found is have two piece upper and lower joint Eb clarinets been produced = yes
It's in a selmer case that looks like it's from the 30's to 40's
I can't really make out the logo but there is a faint logo on the upper joint and bell
There are NO serial numbers on it anywhere

first off huge help
my son has just texted me saying he read MILANO on one of the stamps
that matches with what you wrote
I searched the internet there's history about Rampone but not about two joint Eb they made, it's not a one piece like most
This instrument is a two joint Eb
How does it sound if restored?

The only way to get an idea of how it sounds if the pads are all shot is to wrap the pads and pad cups with cling film to make them airtight. Intonation is the more important aspect of Eb clarinets.

A couple of points. If you have assembled the joints so the connexion aligns, then it seems to be strangely splayed between the two keyboards, and that would suggest it’s been modified.
What mouthpiece does it have? Having the correct match between mouthpiece and instrument is often an issue with E flats. Tuning is considerably affected.
