Vintage vs modern Eb Clarinet bore size

I've got a fairly old Noblet Eb clarinet (circa 1983) that I'd like to upgrade with a better barrel. The current one I have is cracked and repaired, but not ideal. And it's pretty far out of tune.

However, I've checked out some aftermarket ones, and the tenon on my Eb is smaller than today's standard. Rough measurement for the bore is about 13mm. The barrel tenon socket is about 22mm.

I know adjusting the outside of a tenon is easy enough with thicker cork. But does anyone happen to know if a 13mm bore is close enough to what modern instruments use? I'm trying to avoid a big step in bore size between the two pieces.
