Hi there, has anyone got news about Muncy winds, or more importantly Pam and Phil, and how they weathered the storm? I hope they're Ok (the MW website is "down for maintenance" but I hear Boone got hit pretty hard).
They're great people and long time stalwarts in the clarinet community.

They had to evacuate their home in Sugar Grove , NC and are safe at a friends house 20 miles away. You may have seen on the news that Asheville and the cities around it have been devastated by floods. The roads out are closed and they are waiting it out
Pam asked me to thank everyone who has tried to contact her, but cell reception is spotty and she won’t be able to respond to everyone. They are also planning to close down their website and business for the time being.
Please send them your thoughts and prayers during this extremely difficult time"
They are lovely people who run a great business. I hope they will be back soon, but most of all, I am happy that they are safe.
