Hi everyone,
I've been interested in trying some Marca premium or supérieure models.
Anyone has tried those and know how the strengths match with Vandoren or D'Addario?

Many years ago I played Marca reeds a bit. Not sure if they are the same as anything current (to be honest I had no idea if they were still available). I seem to recall they ran a hair softer, but again that may having nothing to do with anything current.

I play Marca Superieure and find them difficult to relate directly to Vandoren as I didn't switch directly from Vandoren to the Marca's.
I moved from playing Vandorens for twenty+ years to Rico (two years) to Marca Pete Fountain (four years) to Marca Superieure (6+ years with no plans to change).
Out of the entire rotation, I found the Marca Superieure to be a far better reed for me. They seemed a bit harder than the Rico or Pete Fountain models, but not outside of what I was able to adjust to. So I ended up staying with the same strength I had been using.
In my faded memory of Vandoren, I'd say the Marca's are similar - perhaps a tiny bit harder. I find them to be a pretty serious reed.
