Hello Everybody!

I’m Madeline, clarinet mouthpiece designer at Syos. I’m looking for volunteers to answer a quick survey to help improve our clarinet mouthpiece designs!

This piqued my interest so I went onto the Syos website to check things out. I love trying "new" things so I shopped for a bass clarinet mouthpiece. They were completely out of black ones in all models. I sent a note to the company asking when they would be back in stock. They politely replied, "we don't know".

At least they were honest in their answer!
