 Mouthpiece identification

Can someone help me identify this mouthpiece
and maybe some info on it please . It has a manuscript L on back and
c/c 09.

I believe it is a Lee Livengood. I have one with a similar L logo. Nice mouthpiece.

I once had Lee reface a mouthpiece and he did a stunning job, i foolishly sold it (something i still regret).
