Hey guys, i m looking for Buddy's book, "Hand in hand with Hanon", in pdf or other digital form. If anyone has this book in paper, i m willing to pay him if he can convert it in digital.

As I write this, Bookfinder.com lists a copy for sale. But it's US$95 plus shipping.
