Need info. about a folk song

I have a snippet of a folk song that was part of my childhood, and that I'd like to find out more about. It's likely either Czech or Slovakian.

I plan to write a piece for clarinet based on the theme, but I'd like more information about it.

Anyone know of an authority, organization, or bulletin board that might be helpful?
