 Chipped tenon

I've just bought an inexpensive alto clarinet which plays very nicely but has some damage to the bore of the upper joint just inside the tenon - a couple of chips (one shown in photo) and a third smaller chip about an inch up from the tenon.
I believe the instrument is made of ebonite, but it might be plastic.
Worth getting repaired?

Looks to be a very simple repair. Should not cost too much.
