It's an older Buffet. Some people say it is a Chedeville, but it is not. Not even close.
It's probably around 1960 or so. Yes they can become pretty decent if they are refaced, but there are a lot of other old mouthpieces which I would want to reface first.
The bores are small so they would need to be reamed out. The baffle and chamber areas are too shallow so you would want to file these areas out as well.
So it's not just refacing it is almost like making a new mouthpiece.

Oh, on places like ebay people often say these are Chedeville's. Sadly they are not. It's just a mouthpiece worth around $30 to $45 in great condition.
