I've put in a little time looking for a list of which brand/model of Clarinets the clarinetists in the top U.S. symphonies play on. Haven't come up with anything so I thought this would be the place to ask. Does anyone have any info on this or where I could find it?

Buffet 1193 C

If you know someone in a major orchestra in America they would have a book for all the ISCOM orchestras with the names and contact info on all present and retired musicians. You would have to contact each player and ask them.

It might help to look up the top players in the orchestras, search their names and see if they are listed as "artists". Buffet sponsored artist, backun artist, leblanc artist, etc. If they are top players in orchestras, the brand at least of clarinet WILL have them as an artist on their webpage for promotion purposes.

For example,
A quick search on Mark Nuccio brings up the following...
