 Hey all,

My standard buffet double case's handle is starting to tear off... Do people get that repaired? Is there a kit or something? I have other cases but I have the buffet case and a bag which holds everything.

 Thanks all!

Amazon (among others) has replacement case handles in all sizes, shapes and prices.

A shoe & luggage repair shop might be an option. I've had the one in my neighborhood resole two pairs of boots and replace two case handles.

I went in to get some minor repairs on my bass clarinet. When the tech came out he said "It looks like your handle is a little loose would you like me to replace it?" About ten minutes later I had a new handle. Try your local repair shop.

oian, That's a GREAT idea. I go to Steve Harris in Aurora. He's amazing (studied with Moennig- I'm so lucky to have him so close). I'm sure he could do that.
