Greg, my impressions:
1)About double lip embouchure he says it gives smaller sound.
This was impressive to me.
2)Middle B should be fingered together with right hand on C.
3)About misconceptions of opening throat. This should be read by anyone. IMHO.
Above all, I felt his good nature and thought you would have been happy with him.
p.s.
1)Only for information, for who don't know the flutist Wiliam Kincaid:
William Kincaid was a famous flutist belonging to PSO.
He made it a rule to swim to make his breathing healthy. He used a platinum
fulte(very heavy to inhale for ordinary players). Other famous American flutists
miaght be late Wummer and Julius Baker.
2)Marcellus used a hard Aaknsas oil stone to shave his knife. I use one too.
It is famous to mechanical engineers, who once studied in university to draw
a design paper by ink.
