 Villa-Lobos Fantasia Concertant transposition?

i just got the Fantasia Concertante for clarinet and bassoon by Villa-Lobos for $60 only to realize the part is for C clarinet! Does anyone know if there is a published version for Bb clarinet? OR has anyone transposed it themselves and might be willing to share/sell it?
