 Albert system old clarinet ID???

Hello!

I just got a fairly old Henri LeBeau (Paris) Albert system clarinet (for $20!). It needs a bit of work but overall looks decent. I'm having a hard time finding anything about the maker online and was wondering if anyone knows anything about this clarinet? Thanks!
