Does anyone know a model number for these? Information is lacking on my web searches.

That looks like a forerunner of the Vito 'Dazzler' series.

It's the same as any other Vito Reso-Tone, but in white.

It is a Clari-Tone rather than a Reso-Tone. I should have said that inside the post, too.
