A SINCERE APOLOGY AND THE D'ADDARIO SELECT ALTO MPC

I owe Mark and Jon at SAXQUEST a big apology. As Mark reminded me I have been a customer for 10 years and they have always been a first class music industry vendor and they once again proved it. I complained about the abrupt drop in price for the new "RICO" jazz mpc ($225.00 to $115.00 in a month or so) I bought and they issued a partial refund. In fact they issued a net difference
refund to everyone that bought the mpc from them at the original retail price -- AS SET BY D'ADDARIO -- THE REAL CULPRIT IN THIS DEBACLE-- the one that reset the lower retail value --probably to be more competitive with the Vandoren V16 alto mpc.
So Mark and Jon--Thanks for living up to your outstanding reputation.
