What do you guys think of this? I only know that it's an Enhanced Boehm (it has that Eflat lever and the Gsharp fork).

If it plays well and in tune and isn't badly cracked or damaged, then it shouldn't be a problem. But as it's an unknown entity I'd proceed with caution. If it were a Selmer then I'd say go for it as I've never been disappointed with any older Selmers.
It's a 19 key 7 ring Boehm system (and not a full Boehm as it isn't built to low Eb), so has the LH Ab/Eb lever, articulated C#/G# (with the C-Db/G-Ab/high E-F trill key for RH2) and forked Eb/Bb mechanism (the ring for LH3) so you can play Eb/Bb as xox|ooo.

It's definitely old. Look at the tattered handle on the case. It also appears to have a 1-piece body. However, the left-hand holes are at an odd angle to the right-hand ones.
The proportions look odd. You'll need to check to make sure it's not at high pitch.

Ken - the LH rings are way out of whack (due to a bent or broken bridge key) which makes for them appearing to be out of line with the RH rings.

So, I asked the seller about the clarinet and he said that it is 40 years old more or less, is not cracked and it is a Milano, never heard of it...

Is it made by Orsi? They're not particularly great. It might be alright for the price.
I can see the problem with the LH rings now - they've come away at the central pillar probably due to the long point screw running through the RH rings having come undone or just not fitted properly when it was screwed back in.

If you have the time, you can do better I think. Also, don't forget to as relatives who might have a clarinet in the attic from their kids school daze. I'm constantly amazed at the number of instruments I find that way. YMMV.

Update: I bought it, the upper keys were not playable so I got a nice discount and I had a tech repaired it for free (it was an easy reparation). I liked the sound of the throat notes but it's going to be my all road clarinet. Also it came with a lot of extras like 2 of those things to hold sheet music while you walk,3 Artley mouthpieces and a leather legature.
