Sibelius and concert + transposed parts

Hi

This is a bit off topic but I hope ok to post. It's somewhat related to clarinets...

I have a partitura of five parts, four in concert pitch and one of a clarinet. The parts used by the players will be more or less the same as the partitura.
The clarinet will read from the normal trasposed part of the clarinet.
The others will need to have the clarinet part in concert pitch but not only that, but also some specific places in the part would need to be raised an octave to make it easier to read.
I have two files.

The option of changing both files for each change is not really an option.
A possibility is change the regular partitura and save, then change to concert pitch and change octaves in all places necessary in the clarinet part. Better but not so good.

Is there a way to do this that I'm missing? Maybe somehow apply only certain changes (e.g. only in the first four parts) to both files?

Thanks
