My bell of my bass clarinet started to turn brown and I was wondering what was the cause of this? How may I reverse this browning to restore the amazing shine it used to have no too long ago? Much appreciation to any adivice

As paul said, buy yourself a silver polishing cloth. If you want to prevent more tarnish in the future I suggest buying a few anti-tarnish strips (made by 3M and several other companies) and keep them in the case. You may also want to consider not keeping you mouthpiece in the case with the instrument as the sulfur in the hard rubber of the mouthpiece greatly accelerates the tarnishing process. I store all of my mouthpieces in padded pouches in a separate case.

Good point with the hard rubber, but my mouthpiece stopped making my ligature tarnish after a couple weeks. Seems like the affects it has wear off after a month or so.
