 Leblanc Regency?
Author: opie

So, in short, I just bought a used Leblanc Regency (well, technically, it says Regency by Leblanc) and was wondering if anyone could provide some info about it.

Here's what I've been able to gather: (Unsure of what's true)
- Made w/ the chasis of the Sonata for a few dealers in the US.
- At least an intermediate model
- Probably originally sold for $1k+ (multiple online reports of it selling at about 1.1-1.5k), so it's probably wooden (because I don't think Leblanc is in to making clarinets the way Ridenour does; and even Buffet B12s aren't that expensive!)
- Competitor to Yamaha Allegro
- Made mid-to-early 2000s -- found one reselling and said purchased new in 2006

So, if any of you guys know anything more about this instrument, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
