The Canadian Music Centre site has a recording that you can only stream it, here's what I found:
http://www.musiccentre.ca/apps/index.cfm?fuseaction=score.FA_dsp_results
(I taught it to a student a couple of years ago, who used it for all her auditions, when she was applying for university, she's going into second year)

No I don't know that piece, but I think I may have heard of the composer. If he's Canadian you could check the Canadian Music Centre for a recording. Though my parents actually were in Belleville (the location of your ISP) from last Wednesday until yesterday, visiting my brother. (Though I didn't go, because I had students to teach and was supposed to have a woodwind quintet rehearsal for a new quintet, but the first meeting has been moved to August 19th.)
