I found a Jazz forum for clarinet players, and noticed that it was pretty empty of members... Looks like a nice well built site, but deathly quiet.
I don't want to spam this board with a link, but wondered if anyone would enjoy the visit, it's out there on the web.
Just a heads up on something cool looking. (Jazz-Clarinet.com)

One of the reasons that it might be deathly quiet is that it seems impossible to post to the list. I went back there and rejoined (non-posting members were purged a while ago, that's understandable, the reasons were clear). But after rejoining, I tried to add a post and got in a loop that had me logging in over and over again.
I'd like to support the discussion over there on a dedicated jazz clarinet forum but it needs to work a little easier.

I think this is the one I went to a few times, although the home page looks different now.
It seemed hard to navigate or to make much sense of this forum, given that I'm used to this BB. I also subscribe to the Steel Guitar Forum, with yet another different kind of home page, menu and rules.
I'm afraid I just don't have the patience for the JC Forum. It would seem that many others do not, either.
It's either that or jazz clarinet players generally don't bother with gossip - fat chance of THAT being the case.

I was able to sign on to the Jazz-Clarinet.com forum with no problems today, and there are recent posts. There looks to be some activity there.
