I recently bought a Noblet 45 on ebay. It was in great condition and came with a Vandoren V360 mouthpiece.
The main problem was that it had a Noblet 40 barrel. Does anyone know where I can get a fairly cheap Noblet 45 barrel? Also, any info about different barrels would be much appreciated. The same goes with the V360 mouthpiece.
P.S. Info on string ligatures would also be good.

Other than perhaps different logos the Noblet 40 and 45 barrels should be pretty much the same. I wouldn't waste time and money looking for a replacement stock barrel. As for mouthpieces there are hundreds of different models available and what works for one person may not work for another. Consulting a clarinet teacher for advice would be a good idea.
String ligatures can be made from and relatively thin and flat string. Thin shoelace works reasonably well. Keep in mind that string ligatures are more prone to slippage on French style mouthpieces that don't have ribs on them like many German mouthpieces do.
