 Rossini Theme etc. arrangement

Just wondering peoples thought as to which publisher to order the Rossini from. I really like Martin Frost's recording of the piece, however I am quite sure that he improvises the last cadenza. Anyway, your thoughts?

If you are talking about the Introduction, Theme and Variations I have the Oxford University Press. The last 6 measures on the piece which include the cadenza only have a chromatic scale from G3 to G6 so The Martin Frost recording improvises the last cadenza. I have a recording of this piece by another clarinetist and his cadenza is the different. I also heard a recoding where the clarinetist plays what is on the paper the scale then the two measures and that is it nothing fancy. So is up to the player the decide what to play.

I like Sikorski. I think I ordered mine from Gary Van Cott.
