i have a piece by William Lindt (US composer) called "Brats" for E flat clarinet and Piccolo. Also, Duos by Blavet and Telemann can work if you want to transpose one of the flute parts (I have parts hiding somewhere in my piles of music).
there are other option (mostly modern, of course) but this is just what came to mind.

I recall one by Saint-Saens for flute and clarinet in A. While searching for it I found this page:

I spent a good deal of time doing community outreach at retirement facilities in this type of group. These are all useful, but this is certainly not comprehensive:

Beethoven (attributed, but probably not actually by him)
3 Duos for Clarinet and Bassoon (you'll need the Langenus book that includes the tranposed clarinet parts, either volume II or III as well as the flute/violin and cello/bassoon books.) There are some discrepencies you'll need to address, but they're easy to find and fix. They work well in this combination

There are three books edited by Andraud called Duos Concertant for Flute/Oboe and Clarinet as well as one edited by Voxman. The contents are of varying quality.

Rutter: Three American Miniatures

The aforementioned Muczynski and Bozza pieces. The Muczynski is particularly good.

Villa-Lobos: Choros No. 2 (Great!!!)

Jolivet: Sonatine

Vaughan Williams: Three Vocalises for soprano and piano (the soprano part works very well on the flute!)

Szalowski: Duo for Flute and Clarinet

Dorff: Three Romances

La Montaine: Canonic Variations (IF you buy this, e-mail me offline for a Finale-ized version as the published edition from Fredonia is VERY hard to read)

Stucky: Movements III, Seven Sketches for Flute and Clarinet

If you have the opportunity to add piano to your combination, you have even more possibilities, including original and transcribed works. My favorite is the Schmitt Sonatine en Trio.

Good luck!

The Florent Schmitt is originally for Harpsichord and works better that way (IMO)
The Villa Lobos. may be the most exciting, (has a high D for the flute and clarinet in A) John Bavicchi has "6 duets for Flute and Clarinet, quite accessible. (BKJ Publications, 26 Hartford Street Newton Highlands, MA). Jean Rivier also has a very nice set for Flute and Clarinet.(I have a radio broadcast of the Rivier and Jolivet, playing it with Eric Wilner). Ernst Blochs Concerto for Flute Clarinet and Viola has been transcribed and arranged for flute,Clarinet and Piano, and is a nice work, but with a difficult Piano part from the orchestral parts) The Saint-Saens also was originally for Orchestra, but works well in the Flute, Clarinet (inA) and Piano. There are more works for the pair of instruments. They are mostly arrangements of works for Flute and Violin(Ibert has a couple), but are nonetheless, quite accessible. (Actually, I have radio broadcasts of all of the above)

Duets op. 46 by Gaspard Kummer (1795-1870). Don't let yourself be put off be the fact that the composer's name translates as "grief"...!

I have some flute/clarinet duets that I give away free in my monthly newsletter. Mostly they are light pieces, but you might make use of them....plus they are free. Here are the links:

http://www.jb-linear-music.com/Download/free_pavanne.htm (Faure Pavanne)

http://www.jb-linear-music.com/Download/free_lark.htm (folk song arrangement of Lark in the Morning)

http://www.jb-linear-music.com/Download/free_rise.htm (Spiritual setting of Rise Up Shepherd and Follow)

http://www.jb-linear-music.com/Download/free_will.htm (Rossini William Tell Overture)

These all have various other instrumentations of the same duet, often including clarinet duet, and clarinet and bassoon duet, so everyone else might find something useful here, too.
