Are you asking for an arrangement for clarinet and rhythm section or do you just want a lead sheet for a tune that would be appropriate?

Any tune out of one of the various REALBOOK's will work.

. . . if it lends itself to being performed up tempo.
But sfalexi's right; if you're just looking for a lead sheet there's almost too much to choose from. The Bb Omnibook might be a good start as well — playing along with a recording of Parker will help you to learn bebop phrasing,

I've used Aebersold books to do this. I copy the C page for the piano, bass, and drummer. I also practice against the provided recordings before the first practice session. Good luck!

Search for a piece at free-scores-they have so many arrangements you are likely to find something. Their music is legal and the original pieces is applicable so you will be able to take the composition to contests.

Here are a few I found, however, I do not know your skill level or taste.
Clarinet and Piano [Jazz]: (Listen to the mp3 to here it) Did you need Jazz for your piano and clarinet solo? These are suggestions but there are hundreds of classical and romance solos as well!

Note: You can organize the search from Advanced-Easy to better find solos.
Clarinet, Piano, Bass, Drums [Jazz] (I tip my hat to this one, I think it wold make a great concert piece)
