 jeanjean vingt cinq etudes techniques

Does anyone know whether, in etude #19 in vol 1 of Jeanjean's Vingt Cinq Etudes Techniques (em, 5/2 time), the second half of measure 3 should be the A#s carried over from the first half of the measure or not? A natural sounds better to me, but looking for a moe educated guess than mine. In the Leduc edition, it's the end of the second line.
