 Paul Moravec's Clarinet Concerto

It appears that Paul recently wrote a clarinet concerto (2007):

Does anyone know anything about the piece or an upcoming premiere? His piece Tempest Fantasy (for clarinet/bass clarinet, piano, violin, cello) is really fantastic and it won the Pulitzer Prize in 2005.
