 Hi Eb-F trill?

Hi, can anyone give me a good fingering for high (above the staff) Eb to F trill? Thanks.

Play the standard Eb6 fingering and trill to F6 by lifting the 3rd finger LH (the finger covering the C/G hole) ...GBK
