just bought a wooden clarinet with the name andre piccard on all pieces and it appears to be a really nice instrument made in france. It does need pads so I don't know how it plays, but the wood is very nice and the keywork is substantial. Anyone know anything about this brand? Maybe it's a stencil?.....
