Hi from India! I'm new on this board, I want to know if anyone has any information on two clarinets I have, one is a "Henri Leduc Paris" wooden clarinet (boehm) which has an interesting woodgrain. The grain is not straight and parallel, rather, it has a few knots, and is occasionally quite wavy. I can't tell if it's "tighter" than typical wooden clarinets (like my B&H 2-20), but it's definitely kind of unusual. All the pieces are marked except the mpc which doesn't seem original and the keywork is German silver.
Also, has anyone heard of Coudet et Cie? Any idea what they're like? I've heard they're made by Martin Freres but it's metal and I never thought they made metal ones.
Anyone out there with some info?
Thanks!
