Does anyone know what can be done to fix a loose mouthpiece? It fits well in my Bb barrel, but not in my A barrel. Can material be added to the barrel? Or is it better to just get a larger cork on the mouthpiece and have it tight in the Bb barrel?

If a thicker cork will still fit into the Bb barrel, that's the easiest solution. If a thicker cork is too tight in the Bb barrel, have the Bb barrel socket opened a little.

You could sand the Bb barrel so it's the same fit as the A barrel and get the MP re corked to fit both. ESP http://eddiesclarinet.com

As a self-help, band-aid alternative, you might get away with coating the loose socket (after a really good solvent clean) with lacquer, superglue, nail polish, epoxy, etc. Even PVA.
With a lathe, it would also be possible to bore out the loose socket a little and line it with hard rubber, or ABS plastic, or Acetal. Say 0.3 - 0.5 mm thick.

A wrap of teflon tape inside the socket of the A barrel should solve the problem quite nicely.
