 mouth piece diferences?

I am currently playing a Bundy B flat clarinet with a # 3 mouthpiece, my Malerne has a Selmer "HS" mouthpiece . My question is, is there any difference between these two mouth pieces? If so, what?
It's been years since I used the Selmer type. Also does anyone know where I can get a good pad kit for the malerne?
