If you can effort a Kooiman maestro, than it's a great solution… but it's still very expensive. The Kooiman Elite, seems to work very good but I’ve seen many reviews on them that where negative because of the bad screws provided by Kooiman. So if you decide to buy a Kooiman, then let it install by a repairer.

I only play on a Kooiman maestro because I've to (R.S.I.), otherwise I would inverse the thumb rest as BobD suggests.
