 Reed Wizard for German system?

Hi there,

I am wondering if any of you have tried the Reed Wizard on non-French reeds/setup (i.e. German or Vienesse style) Does it work? Or does it work specifically for French reeds?

I also wonder, for those who make their own reeds, if the reed wizards contriutes to the reed-making process and if so, how.
