You are incorrect about the US rep for Durand.  It is now Hal Leonard: www.halleonard.com 
 
I believe their web site has not been updated in some time to reflect the changes in distribution.  I'm quite sure of this from my recent work at a sheet music store.

 I have no interest in Presser music, sorry - I don't see the relevance - my question is answered this thread might as well be closed.

Presser was a distributor for Durand; now it's Hal Leonard.
