This may be basic, but I haven't seen it posted before. I've been using the Moyse routine. (Thanks, GBK!) , and for the scales, the Baermann/Langenus book.(slowly). At the end of there are nice arpeggios.
On the C#minor one, there is:
C#1
G#1
E1
Using the left pinkie for the C#, the right pinkie for the E, do you next cover the left E with the left, then move the right to the G# ?

Unless you've got the extra auxiliary key for the left hand to play the G#, that's all you really can do for a slurred passage. For a tongued passage, you could play both that C# and E on the left hand.

That didn't come out right.
It's C#, descending to E,up to G#.
