It has been mentioned many times, and I have looked at the pictures others have pointed to, but can't spot it.
First of all, which "Eb" are we talking about - the one just up from high C (C5),
which corresponds to Ab below middle C?
Are there any pictures or drawings that show, in a side-by-side manner, the "standard" keys and the setup with the "extra" key.
I presume this is played with the left hand pincky.

go to google.com , click "images" then type first: clarinet auxilary Eb
then: Bb clarinet keys
should bring up a few pictures
BTW, yes, the extra Eb is for the left-hand pinky
