My friend was asking me how much my clarinet is worth (most I've seen for sale have been around $400 ), and I've been just wanted information on it in general...
I was wondering if anyone else on here currently plays or ever played a Noblet 27?
I really enjoy mine and think it meets or exceeds my needs as a part time enjoyment only player, I'm just still searching for an affordable decent mpc.

Used clarinet prices are very depressed right now. I don't know if you could get $400 for it...you might. However, that doesn't mean it isn't worth $400 or more. Right now there are more used clarinets than there are people wanting to buy them.

To answer your second question I think the 27 model was a good one. Everyone of them I've repaired have played well with respectable intonation.
