Hi im a 8th grader and been playing ever since 5th grade.. My band teachers are always buzy, and ive tooken it to the shop 3 times & everytime it goes in, i end up paying $45. So my mom gets mad at me, when it never comes back fixed
It wont change from a Bflat to an a-natural. Well it will change but it just sounds like the a.
Dose any one have any idea how i can fix this oboe. if u do it would be a mircle.. Thank you

well, I hate to say it, but take it to the shop .. and if the one you've been taking it to can't fix that *same* problem ... then find a different one, it'd be good to find one that has a worker that actually plays oboe to make sure they know more of what they're doing.

gosh thats gonna be bad!
100% alignment problem due to the one or more of the alignment screws at the sides. i cannot tell you which because i don't quite remember.....the alignment screws are extremely difficult to tune and dangerous too.
if the repairmen isn't doing his job then you might as well try another. oboe repair is a hardjob.
