Carnegie Hall is probably the best known. The Royal Albert Hall is pretty famous too. COncert Halls do not seem to be as universally known as opera houses - most people have heard of The Met, the Sydney Opera House or La Scala, but few will have heard of the Royal Festival Hall or the Concertgebouw.

In Edmonton, although it is not so well known, we have the Winspear Centre for Music. It is designed especially for music, not for dancing performances. It is was actually built by the same company that did Carnegie hall (or a substream of them) so it is almost acoustically the same. It is home to the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Here is the website:
