 recently
 our band is given a song that is arranged by japanese
 the title is SOUND OF MUSIC
 in clarinet part
 there is tremolo from lower altissimo D to clarion A
 is too hard for me

 ouch, thats a hard one to do.  but what I suggest is to practice.  but what I think would help is if you use the basic low alt d with the tremolo and just keep your bottom hand still, I haven't tried this but i think it may make your A a little flat.  hope this helps

 You won't be able to use the standard fingering for the altissimo D, because this is in a different register from the clarino A. Try as you might, you will get an unpleasant yodelling sound. Instead use the alternative fingering for the D which is in the top of the clarion register:
 
 Register + Thumb + Second Side Key
 
 It'll still be difficult, but it will at least be possible!

 the fingering gnomon suggest i have tried b4
 but still cannot
 coz the air in the clarinet have totally change

 try a lower altissimo C# with the Ab to get the D, scoop it
