 M. Vern Wooden clarinet with TTT Sumner mouthpiece

I am looking for any information anyone can give me about a clarinet that has been passed down in my family. It is a black wooden clarinet with cork connections, keys look to be platinum plated. A TTT Sumner acousticut 3 mouthpiece is included in the original case. It is in very good condition. If anyone knows something about these clarinets I would appreciate any info.
