Am i consurded a geek if i love band? I mean i am one of the o what do u call it...... i dunno girls. i lov plain the clarinet does that make me a geek.

You're not a band geek just because you like to play your instrument...
Being a band geek is a glorious(yet somewhat pathetic) thing... Are you in high school or middle school? Because you can't really truly be a band geek, in my opinion, unless you've been through marching band. Marching band is really quite an experience. It's just like nothing else... There's just something about it... Wow, I guess I'm the band geek now.

At my HS it not band geek but bandie, but its the same thing and by the way we absoultely ROCK at marching band!!!!!

I know that I'M a band geek! I know I'm just an eighth grader, but I LOVE all things band! (except the trumpets at my school, they SUCK!) I have named my flutes, I hang out in the band room whenever possible, I have my friends tape band geek signs on my back, the conductor is one of my best friends... I've got it bad... and I LOVE it!

well...if you ask me..you need you ask youreself these questions..
1)Do you constantly play your insturment?
2)Do you think of nothing but band 24/7?
3)Do you spend all of your spare time in the local band room?
4)Do you sing the music you play in band?
if you have answered yes to all of these questions...yes..you aare a serious band geek and sometimes..it can annoy yourself..do something else..read a book..off the topic of music..do some sports..
if you have answerd most of the questions yes, then yes you are a band geek, but its nothing serious..just try not to go overboard.
if you have answered at least 3/5 of these questions yes..your are in complete control..just dont over do it.
less than 2 answerd yes, its ok...youre not quite there yet..but dont worry...you can run but you cant hide..
